My work with clients is aimed at building psychological strength, which is the ability to respond to old situations in new ways. This is done by having a careful and thorough conversation about all the factors involved (personal, environmental, historical, etc) at a pace that is both comfortable and productive.
That said, my experience ranges from people seeking short-term psychological relief, to those seeking long-term psychological strength. Whether you are committed to starting, or want to ask a few questions, feel free to reach out and start a conversation.
